SLB Online Support Services is an online platform designed to help individuals across Australia connect with a range of aged care, health and wellbeing, family support, youth work, employment support, and community service providers.
With over 1,000 voluntary staff members, our services across NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, and TAS provide high-quality support connections to over 72,000 people every year. We are committed to running a safe and supported platform.
Our platform supports people to explore and connect with independent support workers, youth workers, aged care workers, and other human service providers based on their individual needs, goals, and preferences.
Within the NDIS space, SLB Online Support Services operates strictly as SLB Referral Information on NDIS ONLY, supporting connection and information sharing. We do not deliver direct care services through the platform, and all service arrangements remain between individuals and their chosen independent providers.
Our purpose is simple and focused:
To support better everyday lives by improving access to information, connection pathways, and support opportunities at no cost to individuals.
SLB International Limited extends this vision globally, creating an online community focused on health and human services connection, collaboration, and information sharing.
