SLB Online Support Services operates as a voluntary online community within the human services sector, delivering integrated support across health, employment, disability, and workplace services, as well as assistance with health cover. Our services are available at scale across Australia and the United States.

We currently support more than 72,000 customers, through a network of over 112 online service locations across Australia and two online service locations in the United States.

At SLB Online Support Services, our purpose is simple:

At SLB Support, we accept all customers. However, we specialize in supporting individuals with complex or high-risk needs, including those who may not have a choice in their support arrangements.

Our areas of expertise include:

Court-ordered support – Individuals required by the court to stay with SLB Support for a set period.
Criminal convictions (18+) – Customers with adult criminal records.
Criminal convictions against support staff – Specialized support for those with histories of offending against staff.
Criminal convictions against minors – Support for individuals with offenses involving under-18s.
Sexual convictions against support staff – Expertise in safely managing these situations.
Severe mental health issues – Supporting customers with very high mental health needs.
