Sham Go users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Sham Go account, send an email to:

Use the subject:

Sham Go Account Deletion Request

Please include the phone number or email address associated with your Sham Go account so we can identify the correct account.

What data will be deleted

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account, which may include:

• Name and profile information

• Email address

• Phone number

• Profile images

• Account information

• Location and trip-related data associated with the account

• Advertisements and related user-generated content, where applicable

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Processing time

Account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period after the request and account ownership have been verified.
