S.H.A.M.E INC
Who are we?
S.H.A.M.E INC is a company currently spear-headed by David Allen, our current CEO. He started his journey as the second employee ever hired by our founder Gerald Huckleberry (the first being his son Tyler Huckleberry). He worked beside Tyler as they transitioned the store from toys for boys to gadgets and gizmos. David now works on keeping the Divisions currently running in shape, as well as keeping the staff save and mentally okay!
Speaking of! S.H.A.M.E Incorporated has 3 Divisions: Dreadwood Central, The Dunes, and The Atlantic Atlas (A 4th division is on its way!). All of which have their own state of the art facilities that you can rent out if needed (availability dependant). Each division focuses on a different project that aims to help human life as we know it!
Check out some details about these divisions below! You can also find out more about our beginnings in a wonderful documentary created by the lovely Lavender Maxwell.
Our Divisions
Dreadwood Central
The Body, Mind, And Soul of our operations!
This Division was built in 1990 and was our first of many divisions! It was quite rushed when it was first built due to an ongoing conflict in the United isles. It was used as a space for military encampments and Ammunition plants in a time of fear. But that time is no longer!
We have since refurbished the building, even rebuilding it from the ground up in some places, to create DREADWOOD CENTRAL: a large building that's mostly underground (and not a sight for sore eyes like the previous encampments that occupied the space).
It's mostly used for its large amounts of greenhouses, and direct connection to the Dreadwood manor's garden (used for endangered plant life). Which is perfect considering the project that Dreadwood Central is working on!

The Sandy Dunes
An Explosive Test!
The Dunes was our 3rd division at S.H.A.M.E Incorporated. This division was created more of a necessity than wanting to explore the desert (but believe us we still wanted to do that!).
The Sandy Dunes Division was created in 2015 in the Shining Gem Desert as a way to test thing that aren't completely safe for the citizens of Dreadwood. Such as lasers, sound experiments, explosions, and so on. Essentially, if it could harm a human, it would be tested in a safe and controlled environment (here!).
Our security and medical team are on hands at all times. No employee of S.H.A.M.E INC has knowingly harmed or caused death to a willing tester.

The Atlantic Atlas
Just Keep Swimming!
Created in 2003, the Atlantic division is interested in exploring the least explored, the ocean! Sailing forth into unchartered territories, the Atlantic Atlas is here to study life under the seas to discover better solutions to human problems and create a better tomorrow!
Here at the Atlantic Atlas we focus on life above and below water! We plunged to the deepest depths and the most isolated islands to discover new ideas. Our most recent project focused on researching whether or not humans could live and thrive in our Earth's cold Arctic regions.
We are also making progress in cleaning the ocean, helping marginalised island communities, and making the swaps swampier.
(As well as this, we currently have the biggest collection of aquatic life in our public aquarium!)

Our Departments
S.H.A.M.E Incorporated was (and still is) a state of the art developing, testing, and producing facility. Each division now consists of 3 main departments: Experimental, Testing, and Development (with discussion of a 4th area). Our different sectors are here to breathe new life and revitalise the old in our beautiful country. You can read more about each department below! (Many Sub-Departments may exist which are specifically crafted for certain projects or divisions, these are just the main ones!)
Experimental Department
The Experimental Department uses technology and Data developed by S.H.A.M.E INC's other departments in order to perform Experiments.
In this departments we ask the question:
What if rules could be broken?
The Answer most of the time is YES! They can!
For example, in the past the Experimental department discovered that plant life can be transferred into a chipset, creating a virtual pet that behaves and acts like a real plant, without any coding necessary!
How cool is that?
Testing Department
The Testing Department was created to test the limits of human capability, Here we design state of the art testing challenges for our family!
We have 12 Different Sections split evenly across our two Divisions (Dreadwood Central and The Sandy Desert) 1-6 is More focused on our biology as humans, While 7-12 Focuses more on puzzle solving and mental compacity.
Our research is vital to our goal, and survival as humans!
Development Department
The Development Department focusing mainly on devices and technology used in aiding the people of Dreadwood(2) in their daily tasks! S.H.A.M.E developed the drones that delivers all your shopping right to your door!
Did you know the light house in Dreadwood(2) can change colours on different holidays thanks to the multicoloured LED bulb the Development Department installed. When the White Rose Festival(8) happens on July 8th, the colour changes to WHITE! (When its not broken or under adverse weather conditions)
Wowahhhhh, such cool!
The Founding of S.H.A.M.E Incorporated
Our Story!
S.H.A.M.E INC Exists today thanks to our founder, Gerald Huckleberry. He started his journey in the early 1940 creating miniature wooden ducks. For 20 years his store “Dummy Duckies” (which can still be found in Dreadwood) sold these artisan ducks. He made just enough money to keep his family of 4 afloat.
These ducks were just the start however! When his son Tyler Huckleberry came of age, he joined and helped his father expand his business. They went from toys and plants, to computers and phones in the span of just a few years! This shift made sure the Huckleberry's lived comfortably for quiet some time.
This was the beginning of S.H.A.M.E as we know it today! But this is not the end of our story. The business grew and grew until it became a complete monopoly in Dreadwood, being held in high regard by all - even being officially praised by mayor Andrew Williams in 1990!
Unfortunately, nothing stays forever as all good things must come to an end. In 1998 Gerald, Tyler, and Samantha Huckleberry died in the test drive of their first car model. Gerald was so confident it would work that he wrote to the mayor: "This new car will define Dreadwood as a place of transport. Our trains and trams are state of the art, so why not make our personal transport the same as well?". After parading it around for 2 hours the car overheated and blew up, leading to all three being hospitalized. He did not survive this unfortunately and on June 8th he was pronounced dead. This is why we celebrate the White Rose Festival. It's to honour the man who brought salvation to many.
We are moving on to bigger and better things! Alexander Wells is currently leading the research into more sustainable food for the United Isles. While Micheal Dearn is looking creating tools to build more housing and gather more resources. We plan to make earth a place where all can live and breathe. we give you peace of mind, one step at a time!
