Shalya Prakash Barnawal (born 12 February 1997) is an Indian citizen, and is the Chairman / Designated Partner of HBCE Skill Development LLP

Early Life 

.Shalya Prakash Barnawal was born on 12 February 1997 in the House of Mr. Ved Prakash and Mrs. Mamta Devi at Dudhpura Panchayat in Samastipur in Bihar. He has three brothers Ravi Prakash, Rishi Prakash Barnwal and Sri Prakash Barnwal.

He was affected by polio in his childhood. His left leg is 52% polio affected. From his childhood he faced many difficulties due to polio. His family belong to middle class & did not have wealthy income source, But he did not give up and kept moving forward in his life.

Shalya live with his parents in his home at Dudhpura with all his brothers. Shalya has been more attached to computer since childhood. Along with his study, he used to spent some time on computer as well. Shalya received deploma in computer within short period of time. After getting his degree in computer, he started helping his junior students in the same institute. He was the favorite among all his friends.
