Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (2018-2022)
Research Assistant
· Collaborated with Dr. Araz Taeihagh and Dr. Zhang Hongzhou to understand the role of policy mixes on governance of autonomous systems and artificial intelligence in East Asia
· Collaborated with Dr. Mehmet Demircioglu to explore the role of public private partnerships in facilitating technology transfer and commercialization of research in Singapore
· Collaborated with Dr. Sonia Akter to explore the role of institutions in influencing climate-change related risk perception and adaptive strategies undertaken by societies and governments;
· Worked under Dr. Eduardo Araral to operationalize an experimental game between regulators and firms to examine the role of regulatory capacity and enforcement in environmental compliance undertaken by firms.
South Asia Watch on Trade Economics and Environment (2014-2018):
Research Officer
· Conducted policy review in areas related to international trade, intellectual property rights, industrial political economy and agriculture value chain;
· Worked with several development agencies and government officials on several internal and published reports related to trade facilitation, agriculture commercialization and data governance;
· Advised Government of Nepal on key policies on intellectual property rights, trade facilitation, and agriculture commercialization.
United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA) (2016-2017),
National Consultant
Responsibilities include:
· Survey of light manufacturing units in Kathmandu based on the methodology devised by UNDESA;
· Data entry based on the answers provided by the interviewees;
· Feedback and inputs on country report prepared by international consultants;
· Dissemination of the report at national level;

Government of Nepal (2014-2015)
Consultant, Nepal Trade Integration Strategy Background Paper, Ministry of Commerce and Supplies, Government of Nepal.
Responsibilities included:
· Preparation of Chapter on Transport and Trade Facilitation;
· Preparation of Chapter on Intellectual Property Rights;
· Preparation of various product specific chapters including Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, Chyangra Pashmina and Footwear among others;
· Editing the first draft of the report;

Responsibilities included:
· Preparation of draft chapter on progress of Goal 8 of the MDG;
