This privacy policy is applicable to the Shakti Commando game (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Bhakti_Gaming_Studio (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") or (Solo dev) as a a Free service.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application use google's official Admob for advertisement and play game services to save progress.
This game uses Google Play Game Services to save your game progress data. This information is handled by Google and is used solely to provide and restore your game progress. Developer doesn't collect or store your personal data on our servers. Your data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy:
The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, Cookies, Play store email id, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Developer in improving the Application and their service. The Developer may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Developer may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
This Application does not automatically gather precise & exact information about the location of user's mobile device without user's consent.Though approximate location based on IP address may be collected by Admob sdk for ads.
Location Services: The Service Provider utilizes location data to provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.
Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
Third-Party Services: Periodically, the Service Provider may transmit anonymized location data to external services. These services assist them in enhancing the Application and optimizing their offerings.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
EEA & Regulated US states Consent Rules: The users who comes under this rules are provided with consent message at the start for first time, the users are also provided with privacy option which can be changed anytime inside the application itself.
The Developer will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Though some data are collected by Ads which developer has no control.
There are two ways to delete your game data:-
The game uses googles own play game services for auto login and saving game progress (scene name) as 'string'. Or other way you can say just last completed scene name or saving weapons name, which helps the game to remember the unlocked items. Other than that play game service sdk dont collect any sensitive personal data.
1) Simplest way:-
Go to 'Google Play Games' App or download it from play store, if you dont have.
Click on three dot at the top right corner
Click on 'Delete Play Games account & data'.
On the bottom there will be section 'Delete individual game data'.
Identify the game 'Shakti Commando' and click on 'Delete'.
If you dont find 'Shakti Commando' in the list, that means either the account used in the game is different or there is nothing saved.
WARNING- DONT CLICK ON 'permanently delete' under 'Delete play games account & all data' as it will delete your whole profile and data of other games.
2) Through site:-
Go the link https://play.google.com/games/profile
Click on 'Your data'
Click on 'Delete Play Games account & data'.
On the bottom there will be section 'Delete individual game data'.
Identify the game 'Shakti Commando' and click on 'Delete'.
If you dont find 'Shakti Commando' in the list, that means either the account used in the game is different or there is nothing saved.

Children
The Application is not intended for use by children (under 18), Though the application is targeted toward age 18 and above, the ads are set and restricted so that it can be suitable for mixed auidence. The MA (Mature Audience) ads has been disabled for safety reason. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children.
Security
The Developer are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Developer provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application.
Encryption in Transit: Google officially states that "All of the user data collected by Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol".
Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
