Test Case title (with ID number): 1137127 - [Link] Create & Edit
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add the Link Web Part
2. Add a new section below the Link Web Part by clicking the + icon on the left.
3. Choose "Three columns" under Layout options for this newly added section
4. Change the "Section background shading" to some color other than white
5. Click on the Move Web Part and drag Link Web Part and drop it in 2nd or 3rd column of the section.
6. Observe the section background shading has disappeared.
Expected result:
When dropped to a 3 columns section, the Link web part should change to compact layout with background shading intact.
Actual result:
The Link web part does change to compact layout but background shading turns to white
Note:
■ This happens only for the 1st time. If after dropping the Link Web Part, you change the section background shading to some other color and then drag & drop the Link Web Part again, the section background shading remains intact.
■ The issue is also reproducible with Firefox and Edge Chromium.
