My name is Shaine. I’m an empathetic coach who understands the struggles of staying healthy in today’s demanding world. There’s never enough time in the day, so I make my sessions efficient, fun, and challenging enough to push you, without burning you out.
Over the years, I've coached hundreds of people aged 11 to 80, and all levels from complete beginners to national champion boxers.
The goal is to become 1% better every day, and over time, you become the person you've always wanted to be.

Group Exercise, Northam Hall:
A full body workout using functional bodyweight exercises. This class is designed to build and tone muscle, improve overall fitness, enhance balance, and increase mobility. Suitable for all fitness levels, with exercises that can be adapted to suit beginners through to more experienced participants.
Classes run weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays.
06:30 - 07:00 High Intensity Interval Training - Energetic full-body workouts designed to get your blood flowing, improve stamina, and boost your metabolism.
This class is a group session designed to build functional strength, improve mobility, and support overall well-being. Ideal for those who want to feel better both physically and mentally in a friendly, welcoming environment.
Please bring your own exercise mat and water if possible.

Boxercise - Northam Hall and PARC Gym Barnstaple
A high-energy boxing-inspired workout combining pad work, shadow boxing, skipping, and circuit-based exercises. This session is designed to improve fitness, coordination, strength, and endurance while providing a great cardiovascular workout. No previous boxing experience is required, as all movements are taught and adapted to suit different fitness levels.
Expect a fun, fast-paced session that challenges the whole body and helps build confidence, agility, and overall conditioning.
Boxing technique and fitness - PARC Gym Barnstaple
A technical boxing session focused on learning and refining proper form, footwork, and punching technique, and defenses. This class is delivered in a safe and supportive environment, with clear coaching and structured drills to help build skill, confidence, and control. Suitable for complete beginners through to open class boxers.

By booking and participating in any group exercise class provided by Shaine Sandham, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.
Physical Readiness and Health Declaration
You confirm that you are physically fit and healthy enough to take part in physical exercise. You declare that, to the best of your knowledge, you do not suffer from any medical condition, injury or illness that would make participation unsafe unless you have informed the instructor in advance and have been cleared to exercise by a qualified medical professional.
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you can answer NO to all of the following PAR-Q questions. If you answer YES to any question, you confirm that you have sought and obtained medical clearance from your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before taking part.
PAR-Q Questions
Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition or that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?
Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity?
In the past month, have you had chest pain when not doing physical activity?
Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?
Do you have a bone, joint or soft tissue problem, such as back, knee or hip issues, that could be made worse by exercise?
Do you have high blood pressure, or are you taking medication for blood pressure or a heart condition?
Are you currently pregnant, have you recently given birth, or are you postnatal within the last six months, unless cleared by a medical professional?
Are you taking any medication or undergoing treatment that may affect your ability to exercise safely?
Do you know of any other reason why you should not take part in physical activity?
If you answered YES to any of the above, you confirm that you have obtained medical clearance and take full responsibility for participating.
Assumption of Risk
You understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, aggravation of pre existing conditions and, in rare cases, more serious health events. You voluntarily choose to participate and do so at your own risk.
Instructor Guidance
You agree to follow all instructions given by the instructor and to exercise within your own limits. You will stop exercising immediately and inform the instructor if you feel unwell, dizzy, light headed, experience pain or believe continuing would be unsafe.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaine Sandham shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of participation, except where caused by proven negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
