Throughout my academic and professional life, I have been fortunate to follow my passion in different fields of Architectural Engineering, Building Science, and Mechanical Engineering. The opportunity to conduct research and share knowledge on responding to the critical challenge of climate change has provided me with multiple skills to identify potential mitigation and adaptation solutions, particularly related to the built environment.

Following various projects focused on energy efficiency in buildings, innovative building materials, and components, I am expanding my research area to study the broader impacts of climate change using future weather predictions to understand the resiliency of the built environment pertaining to the health of the occupants and service life of buildings.
