1. Introduction
Welcome to "شاحناتي" ("we", "our", "us"). The App is a catalogue of truck spare parts that also lets you place an order. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use the App, why we handle it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not require you to create an account, and you can browse the entire catalogue without providing any information.
We collect information only when you choose to place an order. In that case we collect the contact details you enter yourself: your name, your delivery address, and your phone number, together with the list of parts and quantities in your order.
We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photos, or any payment or card details. No payment is taken inside the App.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide for one purpose only: to process your order, contact you by phone to confirm it, and deliver it to the address you gave us. We do not use the information you provide for advertising, targeting or profiling. Separately, and without using any of that information, we measure whether our adverts led to installs - see section 5.
4. Where Your Information Is Stored
Your name, address and phone number are saved on your own device so you do not have to type them again, and are sent to our order system, . Order records are retained only as long as needed for the order and our ordinary business records.
5. Analytics and Advertising Measurement
The App does not use Google Firebase Analytics or any general usage-analytics service. We do not track which screens you open or how you move around the App.
We use one measurement tool for advertising only: Meta App Events, from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Its single purpose is to tell us that the App was installed after someone saw one of our adverts, so we can tell whether our advertising is working. What is sent to Meta is an install signal together with your device's advertising identifier and device type. It does not include your name, your phone number, your address, or anything about your orders.
On iPhone and iPad the App does not ask for tracking permission and does not read the advertising identifier (IDFA). Measurement there uses Apple's SKAdNetwork, which reports results in aggregate and does not identify individual people. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
You can switch this measurement off at any time in your device settings: on Android under Settings and then Ads, and on iPhone by turning off Personalised Ads.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information - your name, phone number, address and order contents - and we do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes.
Your order information is shared only with our service provider Google, as the operator of the Firebase infrastructure the App runs on, and only to the extent necessary to run the service.
The one other recipient is Meta Platforms, and only for the advertising measurement described in section 5. Meta receives an install signal and your device's advertising identifier. Meta never receives your name, phone number, address or order contents.
We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
7. Your Choices and Deleting Your Data
You can review and edit the name, address and phone number stored in the App at any time from the "حسابي" (My Account) screen.
You can delete your account and the information stored on your device at any time using "حذف الحساب" (Delete Account) on the same screen.
If you would like us to delete the order records held in our system, email us at the address in section 10 and we will action your request.
8. Children
The App is intended for business and personal use by adults purchasing truck spare parts. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Trademarks and Content
Truck manufacturer names and logos shown in the App (including Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN and Volvo) are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to indicate the vehicles that a given spare part fits. شاحناتي is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these manufacturers.
Prices shown in the App are indicative and may change; the final price is confirmed when we contact you about your order.

مرحباً بك في تطبيق "شاحناتي" ("نحن" أو "لنا")، هو كتالوك لقطع غيار الشاحنات يتيح لك أيضاً إرسال طلبك. توضح هذه السياسة ما هي المعلومات التي نتعامل معها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، ولماذا، وما هي خياراتك.
٢. المعلومات التي نجمعها
لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ويمكنك تصفّح الكتالوك بالكامل دون تقديم أي معلومات.
نجمع المعلومات فقط عندما تختار إرسال طلب. في هذه الحالة نجمع البيانات التي تُدخلها بنفسك: الاسم، وعنوان التوصيل، ورقم الهاتف، إضافة إلى قائمة القطع والكميات في طلبك.
لا نجمع موقعك الدقيق ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا أي بيانات دفع أو بطاقات. ولا يتم الدفع داخل التطبيق.
٣. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
نستخدم المعلومات التي تزوّدنا بها لغرض واحد فقط: معالجة طلبك، والتواصل معك هاتفياً لتأكيده، وتوصيله إلى العنوان الذي زودتنا به. لا نستخدم معلوماتك لأغراض الإعلانات أو التصنيف.
٤. أين تُحفظ معلوماتك
يُحفظ اسمك وعنوانك ورقم هاتفك على جهازك حتى لا تضطر لكتابتها مرة أخرى، وتُرسل إلى نظام الطلبات لدينا. ويُحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات للمدة اللازمة لإتمام الطلب ولسجلاتنا التجارية الاعتيادية فقط.
٥. التحليلات
يستخدم التطبيق خدمة Google Firebase Analytics لفهم كيفية استخدام التطبيق بشكل إجمالي، مثل الأقسام الأكثر فتحاً. قد تجمع هذه الخدمة معرّف جهاز وبيانات استخدام وتشخيص عامة. ولا تُستخدم للتعرف على هويتك شخصياً ولا تُربط ببيانات طلبك.
٦. مشاركة المعلومات
نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة خارجية لأغراض تسويقية. تتم المشاركة فقط مع مزوّد الخدمة Google بصفتها مشغّل بنية التي يعمل عليها التطبيق، وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة. وقد نفصح عن المعلومات إذا كان القانون يلزمنا بذلك.
٧. خياراتك وحذف بياناتك
يمكنك مراجعة وتعديل الاسم والعنوان ورقم الهاتف المحفوظة في التطبيق في أي وقت من صفحة "حسابي".
يمكنك حذف حسابك والمعلومات المحفوظة على جهازك في أي وقت عبر خيار "حذف الحساب" في الصفحة نفسها.
وإذا رغبت بحذف سجلات طلباتك المحفوظة في نظامنا، راسلنا على البريد الإلكتروني في الفقرة ١٠ وسننفّذ طلبك.
٨. الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص للاستخدام التجاري والشخصي من قِبل البالغين الذين يشترون قطع غيار الشاحنات. وهو غير موجّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات منهم.
٩. العلامات التجارية والمحتوى
أسماء وشعارات شركات الشاحنات الظاهرة في التطبيق (ومنها سكانيا ومرسيدس-بنز ومان وفولفو) هي علامات تجارية تعود لأصحابها، وتُستخدم فقط للدلالة على نوع الشاحنة التي تناسبها القطعة. و"شاحناتي" جهة مستقلة وغير تابعة لأي من هذه الشركات ولا معتمدة أو مدعومة منها.
الأسعار المعروضة في التطبيق استرشادية وقابلة للتغيير، ويُثبّت السعر النهائي عند تواصلنا معك بخصوص طلبك.

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ تحديث جديد. ويعني استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق بعد التغيير قبولك للسياسة المحدّثة.
