Privacy Policy for "شاحناتي - قطع غيار الشاحنات"

1. Introduction
Welcome to "شاحناتي" ("Shahenaty", "we", "our", or "us"). The App is a truck spare-parts catalogue for Iraq that also lets users place orders. The App does not require an account, and the catalogue can be browsed without providing personal information. Advertising measurement is optional and is not required to use the App.
2. Information We Collect
Order information: When you choose to place an order, we collect the name, phone number, delivery address, parts, quantities, and order date that you provide. Your name, phone number, and address are also stored on your device so you do not have to enter them again.
Optional advertising measurement: If you choose to allow advertising measurement, Meta App Events may automatically receive App Install and App Launch events, basic device and app information, and a Facebook SDK crash report if a crash is caused by the Facebook SDK. Meta states that its SDK crash report contains no user data.
On Android, this measurement may include the device advertising identifier. On iPhone and iPad, the App does not collect the IDFA, does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and uses Apple's aggregated SKAdNetwork for install attribution.
The App has no in-app purchases or payments, so it does not send purchase events to Meta. We do not send your name, phone number, address, or order contents to Meta.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, personal photos, payment-card details, or financial information. The App does not use Firebase Analytics or a general screen-by-screen analytics service.
3. How We Use Information
We use order information to process and deliver your order, contact you to confirm it, provide support, and maintain ordinary business records.
If you allow advertising measurement, we use install, launch, and basic technical or diagnostic events to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and verify the operation of the Meta SDK. We do not use the personal information in your order for advertising targeting or profiling.
4. Storage and Service Providers
Your saved contact details are stored locally on your device. When you submit an order, the order is transmitted over an encrypted connection to Firebase infrastructure operated by Google on our behalf.
We retain order records only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, warranty, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Google processes order and catalogue data only as needed to provide Firebase infrastructure. If you allow advertising measurement, Meta receives the measurement information described in section 2 for advertising measurement and analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Your Advertising-Measurement Choice
In app versions that show the updated notice, you can choose "Continue without advertising measurement" and still use the complete App. You can later allow or withdraw measurement from "حسابي" (My Account) under "قياس الإعلانات" (Advertising Measurement).
Turning measurement off prevents future Meta App Events collection by the App. It does not automatically delete information that was sent before the preference was changed. You may contact us about a privacy request using the instructions below.
7. Your Data and Deletion Requests
The App does not create a user account. "مسح البيانات من هذا الجهاز" (Clear Data from This Device) clears the locally saved profile, cart, and order-number history. It does not delete orders that were previously submitted to our order system.
To request access to or deletion of order records stored in our system:
1. Email alisattar.alshimmary@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject "Shahenaty data deletion request".
3. Include the phone number used for the order and, if available, the order number so we can locate and verify the record.
We will respond to the request and delete or anonymize the applicable records unless retention is required for delivery, warranty, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. If we must retain anything, we will explain the reason and applicable retention.
8. Children
The App is intended for adults buying truck spare parts. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or its data practices change. We will publish the updated version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects an optional choice, the App may show the notice again.

سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق "شاحناتي - قطع غيار الشاحنات"

١. المقدمة
مرحباً بك في تطبيق "شاحناتي" ("نحن" أو "لنا"). التطبيق كتالوك لقطع غيار الشاحنات في العراق ويتيح إرسال الطلبات. لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ويمكن تصفح الكتالوك دون تقديم معلومات شخصية. قياس الإعلانات اختياري وليس شرطاً لاستخدام التطبيق.
٢. المعلومات التي نجمعها
معلومات الطلب: عندما تختار إرسال طلب، نجمع الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل والقطع والكميات وتاريخ الطلب التي تقدمها. ويُحفظ الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان أيضاً على جهازك حتى لا تضطر إلى إدخالها في كل مرة.
قياس الإعلانات الاختياري: إذا اخترت السماح بقياس الإعلانات، فقد تتلقى أداة Meta App Events تلقائياً أحداث تثبيت التطبيق وفتحه، ومعلومات تقنية أساسية عن الجهاز والتطبيق، وتقرير عطل لأداة Facebook SDK إذا كان العطل ناتجاً عن الأداة. وتوضح Meta أن تقرير عطل الأداة لا يحتوي على بيانات مستخدم.
على Android قد يتضمن هذا القياس معرّف الإعلانات في الجهاز. وعلى iPhone وiPad لا يجمع التطبيق معرّف IDFA ولا يطلب إذن شفافية تتبع التطبيقات ATT، ويستخدم نظام SKAdNetwork التجميعي من Apple لقياس التثبيت.
لا توجد مشتريات أو مدفوعات داخل التطبيق، ولذلك لا يرسل التطبيق أحداث شراء إلى Meta. كما لا نرسل إلى Meta اسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو عنوانك أو محتوى طلباتك.
لا نجمع موقعك الدقيق ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك الشخصية ولا بيانات بطاقات الدفع أو المعلومات المالية. ولا يستخدم التطبيق Firebase Analytics أو خدمة تحليلات عامة لتتبع كل شاشة تفتحها.
٣. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
نستخدم معلومات الطلب لمعالجة الطلب وتوصيله، والتواصل معك لتأكيده، وتقديم الدعم، والاحتفاظ بالسجلات التجارية الاعتيادية.
إذا سمحت بقياس الإعلانات، نستخدم أحداث التثبيت وفتح التطبيق والمعلومات التقنية أو التشخيصية الأساسية لقياس فعالية إعلاناتنا والتحقق من سلامة عمل أداة Meta. ولا نستخدم المعلومات الشخصية في طلبك لاستهدافك إعلانياً أو إنشاء ملف تعريفي عنك.
٤. التخزين ومزودو الخدمة
تُحفظ بيانات الاتصال التي تختار حفظها محلياً على جهازك. وعند إرسال طلب، ينتقل الطلب عبر اتصال مشفر إلى بنية Firebase التي تشغلها Google بالنيابة عنا.
نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات فقط للمدة المعقولة اللازمة للتوصيل والدعم والضمان والمحاسبة ومنع الاحتيال والالتزامات القانونية.
٥. مشاركة المعلومات
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية.
تعالج Google بيانات الطلبات والكتالوك بالقدر اللازم لتوفير بنية Firebase. وإذا سمحت بقياس الإعلانات، تتلقى Meta معلومات القياس الموضحة في الفقرة ٢ لأغراض قياس الإعلانات والتحليلات. وقد نكشف معلومات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

٦. اختيارك بشأن قياس الإعلانات
في إصدارات التطبيق التي تعرض الإشعار المحدّث، يمكنك اختيار "المتابعة بدون قياس الإعلانات" واستخدام التطبيق كاملاً. ويمكنك لاحقاً السماح بالقياس أو سحب موافقتك من صفحة "حسابي" ضمن "قياس الإعلانات".
يمنع إيقاف القياس جمع أحداث Meta اللاحقة من التطبيق، لكنه لا يحذف تلقائياً المعلومات التي أُرسلت قبل تغيير الاختيار. ويمكنك التواصل معنا لتقديم طلب متعلق بالخصوصية وفق التعليمات أدناه.
٧. بياناتك وطلبات الحذف
لا ينشئ التطبيق حساب مستخدم. خيار "مسح البيانات من هذا الجهاز" يمسح الملف الشخصي والسلة وسجل أرقام الطلبات المحفوظة محلياً. ولا يحذف الطلبات التي سبق إرسالها إلى نظام الطلبات لدينا.
لطلب الاطلاع على سجلات الطلبات المحفوظة في نظامنا أو حذفها:
١. أرسل رسالة إلى alisattar.alshimmary@gmail.com.
٢. اكتب في عنوان الرسالة: "طلب حذف بيانات شاحناتي".
٣. أرفق رقم الهاتف المستخدم في الطلب ورقم الطلب إن توفر، حتى نتمكن من تحديد السجل والتحقق منه.
سنرد على الطلب ونحذف السجلات المعنية أو نخفي هويتها، إلا إذا كان الاحتفاظ بها مطلوباً للتوصيل أو الضمان أو المحاسبة أو منع الاحتيال أو الالتزامات القانونية. وإذا اضطررنا للاحتفاظ بشيء، سنوضح السبب ومدة الاحتفاظ المطبقة.
٨. الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص للبالغين الذين يشترون قطع غيار الشاحنات، وليس موجهاً للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.
٩. الأمان
نستخدم إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية المعلومات، لكن لا يمكن ضمان الأمان الكامل لأي نقل أو تخزين عبر الإنترنت.
