Hyperplane Arrangements, Combinatorial Commutative Algebra, Algebraic Combinatorics, Algebraic Geometry

My research revolves around combinatorial and computational problems in algebraic geometry and commutative algebra. I am interested in problems that connect combinatorial features of graphs and simplicial complexes to properties of corresponding algebraic structures. I am also fascinated by the interaction of these areas of mathematics within the context of hyperplane arrangements.
