Abu Dhabi (Sep 2024 - Present)
The project focuses on additive manufacturing of carbon and glass fiber-reinforced polymer composites, green metals, and metallic reinforcements. It also includes hybrid manufacturing processes, such as investment casting using high-temperature furnaces and gypsum mold casting. Comprehensive mechanical testing and microstructural characterization will be conducted. The additive manufacturing techniques utilized in this project will encompass polyjet printing, stereolithography, fused deposition modeling, laser powder bed fusion, and robotic arm-based arc 3D printing.
Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi (Feb 2020- Jun 2024)

Developing copper‑based shape memory materials with superior mechanical properties, high transition temperatures, and cost‑effective production of shape memory wires and strips.
Conducted a project on biomass gasification
Utilized locally available biomass wastes (subabool woods, cow dungs, wheat straws, rice husks)
Aimed to produce producer gas for internal combustion engines
Analyzed producer gas and explored biomass potential
Gained experience in teamwork, engaging local vendors, understanding gasification technology's potential, conflict resolution, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, and staying updated with industrial trends
Project results showed promising indications for future biomass utilization
