A nonrefundable retainer/deposit of $10 is required in order to secure appointment and will be credited towards your TOTAL. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify Haja a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service. This does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows, or clients missing an appointment due to lateness. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice once. Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void.
·Deposits can be paid in CASH, Venmo (Hdabo), ZELLE (My phone number), and CASHAPP ($Hdabo)
*Zelle is prefered method

·A private location will be shared the day before your appointment.
·Please no kids or extra people unless they are also being serviced. Bridal trials are an exception for one person
. Please come with your brows groomed and remove all unwanted facial hair for best results. I can conceal unwanted hair, but if you'd like a flawless finish please wax, thread, or razor all unwanted hair prior to your appointment.
. There are sometimes during your appointment that I ask you to close your eyes. This is only to ensure that your eyeshadow & brows are as neat and even as possible. When you open your eyes during certain times , you could possibly cause irreversible damages to your look. Depending on the day, I won’t be able to start over. Please try your best to help me make sure this doesn’t happen. *BY PLEASE STAYING OFF YOUR PHONE.
· A late fee of $10 will be added if more than 10 minutes late, no exclusions please be respectful of my time and other clients with scheduled appointments. If more than 20 minutes late with no prior notice, your appointment may be subject to cancelation
· No calls or text before 9am or after 9pm
Early hour and Late hours services can be made upon requests and an extra charge will be applied
Please make me aware of any makeup/skin allergies.
