Shadows on the Mountain is an acoustic duo with Christian (he/him) on guitar and Bronwen (she/her) on vocals. We are inspired by artists such as John Denver, Iron and Wine, Brandi Carlile, and John Mayer. We started playing music together in 2019 and have loved performing at open mics, Porchfests, and events that benefit mental health support organizations. Particularly inspired by the music and lyrics of Gregory Alan Isakov and many talented local singer-songwriters, we've made the leap from playing cover music to working on our own songs. As we explore and study different genres like pop, folk, and rock, we're figuring out how to grow as musicians and what it means to us to be Shadows on the Mountain.

Topsfield Fair is Coming Up!
Topsfield Fair is Coming Up!
We are excited to announce that we are performing two shows at the Topsfield Fair on Saturday, October 3rd & 10th, 2026! This will be our second year at this historic fair! We will be playing from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the New Meadows Area Stage near the Main Gate. Grab some yummy apple pie and ice cream, your favorite hot drink, and enjoy the festivities at the Topsfield Fair!
Be sure to get your Topsfield Fair tickets ahead of time on their official website at https://www.topsfieldfair.org/plan/tickets/ ($18 including processing fee) or at the Topsfield Fairgrounds ticket booth ($15 with no processing fee).
We cannot wait to hang out with you at the fair!
