3.2 Ownership: All Game content, including graphics, text, audio, animations, code, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

3.3 User Content: If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, adapt, display, distribute, and create derivative works based on your User Content.

4. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Goods

4.1 Purchases: The Game offers in-app purchases of virtual items and bundles. All purchases are final once completed—consumed items are non-refundable.

4.2 Payment: Payments are processed by your platform’s store (Google Play). You agree to comply with their payment terms and policies.

4.3 Delivery: Virtual items will be delivered to your in-game account upon successful payment confirmation.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

10.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be finally resolved by arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) under its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the arbitral award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
