Shadow Legion: Merge Heroes  Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sudoja Games ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Shadow Legion: Merge Heroes (package com.sudojagames.shadowlegion). By playing the game, you agree to these practices.

1. Information We Collect. We do not require an account and do not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise GPS location. The game and its third-party services may automatically collect: device model, operating system version, language, and a mobile advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID); in-game usage and progress; a coarse country/region-level location inferred from your IP address; and crash and performance diagnostics.

2. How We Use Information. To operate and improve the game; to display advertising (including personalized ads where permitted); for analytics; to diagnose crashes; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services. The game is free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to serve ads, and Google Play Services for core functionality. 4. How We Share Information. We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only with the advertising and analytics providers listed above, or with authorities where required by law.

6. Data Retention and Security. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Data transmitted by the game is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

7. Children's Privacy. The game is intended for a general audience (ages 13 and up) and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users. Your information may be processed by our third-party providers in countries other than your own, subject to their privacy protections.
