Effect of Taboo words on young adults
It's my first independent research project that totally designed by me. My supervisor helps me a lot to find out the pros and cons of this project. It's an experimental work which is conducted at CogPsy Lab, University of Rajshahi.
I use a quasi-experimental design for this project and ANOVA for statistical analysis. Mainly we use SPSS for our data analysis and PowerPoint for exposure.
Audio, Video, and Labels were our elements of exposure and we want to know about the role of Taboo words in young adults' minds.
Currently, it's in the final stage. After that, we will submit it for publication.
Retrieval Practice and Cognitive Categorization
The main focus of us is to know about the capacity of the verbal spatial memory of youths.
My key role was to review the literature, material preparation, and assist to conduct the experiment at our lab.

Professor and Lab Mates in a Frame
Youth Leader, British Council ((July 2021 - December 2022)
Child Abuse was an alarming problem in my area. Most of the Parents and Teachers were not aware of this issue. As a team leader, my main focus was to identify the cause of this problem and conduct awareness campaigns in local schools.
During this time, we collected up to 100 qualitative data from the parents and make a guideline for their future training. I and my team were so successful.
Till now, there is no gender-based violence issue in this area
Guest Speaker in Radio Padma
Youth voice is the strongest medium to push the future generation. As a youth leader of British Council, I got this chance to share my thoughts on countries first community radio "Radio Padma 99.2 FM". The key points of my discussion was the urgency of skills for the youth community.

Our Shared Cultural Heritage (OSCH) is a youth-led program that explores the shared cultures and histories of the UK and South Asia. The project is led by people aged 11-25 and looks at how museums and heritage sectors can become more relevant, engaging, and accessible spaces to explore and connect with others to create new opportunities for young people.
OSCH experiments with new ways for museums and heritage sectors to work better for young people. The project is managed by the British Council, in partnership with Glasgow Life Museum, and Manchester Museum, with support from UK Youth.
OSCH works in collaboration with museums and heritage organizations in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan focusing on projects within each region and collaboratively across regions.
Campus Ambassador, Psycure Organization (January 2020 - December 2020)
Promoting mental health awareness was the key responsibility of mine. At that time, mental health was the neglected issue in my university campus. So, my task was so tough to create awareness among the 38,000 students of my campus.
Campus Ambassador, Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center-BYLC (January 2022 - December 2022)
Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) is a non-profit organization that aims to equip young men and women of Bangladesh with leadership, professional, and entrepreneurial skills that will enable them to have high impact in public, private, and civil sectors. BYLC offers various programs such as Leadership for Kids (LFK), Leadership Program, Professional Development, Online Courses, Entrepreneurship Development, and Campus Ambassador Program. The Campus Ambassador Program is a year-long prestigious leadership development program for school, college, madrassa, and university students of Bangladesh. As a BYLC Campus Ambassador, students play a vital role in providing student support at their institution.
Joint Visioning Workshop, London, UK ( October 3, 2022 - October 5, 2022)
I attended a fully 3 days long workshop in London, UK. After completing a successful social action project, the British Council gave me this opportunity to develop my leadership skill in a new lavel.
I had to participate so many sessions that focused on community development, leadership journey and youth engagement.

The th SIVUS International Conference on Developmental Disabilities was organized by SIVUS International, Japan, and Rajshahi University Mental Health Center. I participate in this conference as an organizing volunteer. My key role was to assist the participants and maintaining data of this program.
