I inspired by the simplicity and make the phone holder one part again after use

Software: Fusion 360 & Laser Work V6
Material: plywood (thickness 3mm)
Machine: My laptop & Laser cutter M/c
To apply 2D and 2.5D design
search about some Idea and I settled on two designs and finally I chose one of them
2.make a search about my phone dimensions
3.opened Fusion 360 and started designing the parts the 2D model according to my mobile dimensions
4.make a 2D skitch a 2.5D by extrude
5.Assemple the extruded parts
6.Export dxf file
7.Open Laser workes
8.Import .dxf file
9.write my name =)
10. configure the speed and power for cut as :
a- speed: 25
b- power: 65
11.configure the speed and power for scan/engrave as :
a- speed: 300
b- power: 20
12.Save the file as rld for fabrication on the laser cutter m/c
1- Upload rld file to the machine
2-Put the material in the machine (plywood 3mm)
3- Power on the machine
4- press the File button, then Memory Files
5- Select the project file by hitting the Enter button
6- Track frame
7-Run
(The machine is not working and need to fix 28-1-2021) so I am waiting to fabricate my design when Fab lab fix it soon
We supported and helped each other in drawing the parts of Catapult.
I just faced a problem to mange my time between MD and my work and I take every free time I have to make a research and finish my assignments
of curse to make my design for real and fabricate it and its parts by laser cutter machine
It was the first time I have worked on Fusion 360 and I like to learn a new Skiles like this and use it to make something from ideas to the real.
And for the coolest thing I was saw a chandlers on fab lab and I was asked the technical support specialist MR Omar about it and he was told me how its made and how to fabricate a one like it
