Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before your appointment. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge for the missed appointment, which will be applied to your next session. If you have prepaid for multiple sessions, one session will be used up for the missed appointment.
All spray tan package sessions must be used within one (1) year of the original purchase date (first session of the package). Any unused sessions beyond this period may become invalid or subject to price adjustments. Packages are nonrefundable and must be paid in full at the time of the first service. Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. They cannot be shared or split between multiple clients. Unused sessions cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
