Shabbos!! ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Shabbos!! mobile application (the "App") uses, how it is used, and your choices.

### A. Location Data
- The App may access your device location (latitude/longitude) if you grant permission.
- Location is used only to calculate accurate local candle-lighting and related times.
- You can also choose a manual city/location instead of GPS.
### B. App Settings and Preferences (Stored on Device)
- The App stores settings locally on your device (for example: language, selected location, notification options, reminder timing, and onboarding status).
- This information is stored using on-device app storage and is not sold or shared by us.
### C. Notification and Alarm Metadata
- To deliver reminders, the App stores notification scheduling details on your device (for example: notification type and scheduled time).
- This data is used only for App functionality.
### D. No Account Data
- The App does not require account creation.
- We do not collect usernames, passwords, or profile data.
## 2. How Information Is Used
We use data only to operate the App, including:
- calculating location-based candle-lighting and holiday times;
- scheduling reminders and alarms;
- saving your preferences and app behavior choices;
- improving reliability of reminders on your device.
## 3. Third-Party Services
The App retrieves Jewish calendar and zmanim-related timing data from:
- Hebcal ([https://www.hebcal.com](https://www.hebcal.com))
To request this data, the App may send location-related query parameters (such as coordinates/timezone) to Hebcal endpoints. Use of third-party services is subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
The App may also rely on operating system services (for example, location/geocoding/notification frameworks) provided by Apple and Google.
## 4. Data Sharing and Sale
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not run third-party advertising SDKs in the App.
## 5. Data Retention
- Most App data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
- Data sent to third-party services (such as Hebcal requests) is governed by those services.
## 6. Your Choices and Controls
You can:
- deny or revoke location permission in device settings;
- disable notifications in device settings or in the App;
- stop data storage by uninstalling the App or clearing app data.
If you revoke permissions, some features may not function as intended.
## 7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
## 8. Security
We take reasonable steps to keep data handling minimal and limited to what is needed for App functionality. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
## 9. International Use
The App can be used internationally. If you use the App outside your country, data requests to third-party services may be processed in other jurisdictions under their policies.
