• Shipping Providers: We share your address and order details with shipping carriers like TCS or DHL for delivering your order.

Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your account from the Shaakh, please send an email request to shaakh.mj@gmail.com. Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion of your account and all associated data within 24 hours. Please note that this action is irreversible, and once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access any past order history or saved details. Use of Device or Other ID's

We may collect certain device identifiers to enhance the functionality of our app and provide you with a better user experience. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
