Skills Training

Schoenstatt leadership formation includes both a deepening of the truths of our faith and our spirituality, as well as practical training to prepare the leader to carry out various functions, from establishing an atmosphere, to running games, to facilitating discussion, to giving talks and running events. Our online library of skills training sessions is a growing library of video instructions with accompanying handouts, focusing on a variety of topics.
