I am a student, how do I receive the monthly Discount code?

The only way to receive the discount code is via our whatsapp community or instagram, we will not be responding to emails or messages asking for the code. This code is only valid for SVM Students. 

Will the food I order online be delivered to the island?

No it will not, the only way to get food on island is by coming to our distribution days.

What do I need to bring to purchase food?

Your student ID, EC Cash, and be signed up for the program.

How do I know what food is available on island?

We have our stock list on facebook and this site, we try to keep it updated as our stock changes but we are students first so it is not always up to date. 

How can I stay up to date on whats happening with the program?

Follow us on facebook, instagram, and whatsapp where we post most of our updates.

How do I get my full discount when ordering on Hill's Pro?

Make sure to use the monthly code we distribute!!! jsut ordering on Hillspro without using the code will only get you the 50% off MSRP instead of 65% off.

Who do I contact if I am having issues with sending food back home?

Utilize the contact us tab at the bottom of the Hill's Pro website.

I am worried you will not have my pets food on island what should I do?

We always recommend you bring some food down to the island with you in case we do not have your food , since we are at the mercy of the distribution center with our orders. 

That being said please reach out to us via our email and let us know what prescription diet your pet is on so we can try to ensure it gets delivered in our shipment. 

What is the weight limit for my food purchases while on island?

You are limited to 120 pounds on island PER TERM unless you request additional weight. You are able to order 120 pounds PER MONTH for home delivery back in the states. 

I want to switch my pets food but I am not sure what the best option would be.
