Student Grade Scenario Training Website
Welcome!
This training website was designed to aid credit recovery teachers to analyze students grades and use the appropriate grades when assigning coursework. This site can be accessed any where and at anytime, and the training is to be completed in the given one week window as assigned by your campus administrator. Below you will find the stated Instructional Goal, Prerequisite for this training, and instructions on how to use this training website.
Instructional Goal:
After completing this course, the learner will be able to analyze students existing grades in various grading scenarios to assign appropriate coursework.
PREREQUISITE:
It is designed for teachers that have already completed the credit recovery system training. Therefore, all teachers must already have an understanding of the credit recovery classroom, and how to use Skyward and Odyssey to access grades and award credits.
HOW TO USE THIS SITE:
This website contains four modules designed for specific subjects. You only need to complete the modules that review the subjects you work with in your credit recovery classroom. For example, if you only teach science credit recovery then you will only complete the science module in the top menu. If you teach science and math credit recovery then you will complete both science and math modules.
Each module contains videos, practice activities, a discussion forum, and an assessment page. You will need to complete the module in that order, but will have access to all pages at all times for your convenience.
***Please note, if your subject is Social Studies you will find your training under the History Module.
** Also, it is best if you use Google Chrome as your web browser to ensure you can view all the content on the module sub-pages.
