DUES and FEES

• Community Dues*:  $309 per lot plus $100 each for additional undeveloped lot(s)

• Road Maintenance Fee:  $300 fee per owner and additional $300 per additional developed lot (*Grove Hill River Rd $100) 

Both Community Dues and Road Maintenance Fees are assessed once annually , due by January  31st.

*Those owning lots on Grove Hill River Road have a different fee structure.
