About Me

Hi, I'm Sudip Garai and heartily welcome you to my profile. To define me, I am myself, a Physicist, consisting of lot of emotions, love and softness. I am a jovial guy and always try to execute all the responsibilities whatever comes to me with a happy heart.

I am from Bolpur, Santiniketan (recently became a Smart City). I did my schooling from Bolpur High School and have graduated from Visva Bharati, Santiniketan. I also did my masters from the same. In 2010, I joined Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics for pursuing my PhD works. After completing the Post-M.Sc. successfully in 2011, I joined the Plasma Physics Division. Since then, I have been working in Complex Dusty Plasma area and their stability characteristics. The influence of various free energy sources (present in dusty plasma) on the stability of the system is my work of interest where both Newtonian and non-Newtonian dust fluids have been considered. I have finished my PhD work in July, 2016.

Presently, I am being appointed as an Assistant Professor at Diamond Harbour Women's University, Sarisha, Diamond Harbour Road, Westbengal 743368, India.
