This is why Ellen is such an important figure in the world of celebrities. Her show displays kindness in everyday life and reminds the general public of its frequency. Students may be inspired by teachers to become teachers. Others are inspired to work in different fields. In this particular video, a young woman saw a need in a poor community and used her big heart and education to work and teach children with special needs. In a sense, she was inspired by the students in this community. She uses her own money to put back into the school to help the children. In turn, she inspired Ellen and, I'm sure, millions of others to use their skills, hearts, and talents to help others. All people inspire others in some way. Inspiration is like a never ending cycle of goodness.

Innovation is the act of creating something new, or inventing something new. In order to innovate, a person must be creative and hardworking. They make things that, otherwise, wouldn't exist. Typically innovators create products that make life easier for others and help other people navigate life. It is important to encourage young children and students, of any sort, to create and innovate and use their intelligence to make the world a better place. Children have the most creative minds. Educators and adults should fulfill their duty to support students as their minds grow and expand.

Failure is annoying; it is something that many people fear, including me. The fear of failure prevents people from acting and doing something that they really want to do. This is because of the negative connotation that is attached to failure. I'll never understand why everyone is so afraid of something that is inevitable. Failure will happen at some point, but it's okay because it is a part of life that cannot be escaped. The greatest celebrities and scholars have failed at some point in their lives. Failure is a stepping stone for success and allows the mind to expand and to think of new ways to complete a task. Failure also produces perseverance. It is the job of educators to let our students know that it is okay to fail because without failure, there is no true success.

Joy is a simple, yet complicated, concept to fully grasp. Joy is often confused with happiness and the words can be used interchangeably; however, they are different. Joy is something that can be obtained, while happiness can be felt. Since happiness is a feeling, or emotion, it can be fleeting and come to an abrupt end, but joy on the other hand is obtained. It always lies beneath the surface even when pain or hurt or sadness is experienced. Joy is not an emotion. It's deeper than happiness and is experienced differently depending on the person. True joy remains through difficult times. Joy is something that educators must hold on to because happiness may not be felt everyday in the classroom. Joy fuels an educator's desire to continue on and gives hope for a brighter day.
