We gladly accept returns, exchanges or replacement of ONLY Unused and Defective Products , within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please ensure you record a video of unboxing your package to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products.
To be eligible for an exchange , the bag must be in it's original , unused conditions , with all tags and packaging intact .
If the product is missing or if the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact the Customer Service at support@sriganeshenterprise.com or simply WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery and the resend of the products will be taken care of by your side only, the return process generally takes 7-10 days
Exchange shipping cost will not be covered by us until and unless there is a manufacturing defect .
The refund process would take 7 -10 days.
After your return request is approved, you have to resend the product through courier on your locality.
Once parcel given to courier , it takes 3-5 days to reach our warehouse, post which the quality check process happens which takes up to 24 hours.
Once the quality check is successful your refund will reflect in your original or chosen method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email.
