ELIGIBILITY

1. The competition is open to all for mentioned categories.
2. Images that have won prizes in prior competitions, or have been used for commercial purposes and/or been published will not be eligible.
3. Images inside of C.A.H.C.E.T campus are only eligible

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

1. Images of not more than 10 MB in size must be submitted to event coordinators and the organiser may request for higher resolution image subsequently if required.
2. Submitted images must be in JPEG format with 16:9 aspect ratio
3. Each participant can submit up to three (3) images.
4. Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the images will not be allowed.
5. The organiser reserves the right to reject images with incomplete details.
6. All submitted images are non-returnable. The file name for each image should be clearly labelled with the participant’s name and registration number.
7. Participants are entirely responsible for all entry-related costs. Themes will be given at 10:30 am on 28/01/2019. The submission deadline is 02:00 pm on 28/01/2019

JUDGING AND RESULTS

1. The images will be selected by a panel of judges and their decision is final. No correspondence pertaining to the selection process and decision will be entertained.
2. The panel of judges will evaluate the images based on the following criteria:
   • Artistic/visual appeal.
   • Extent to which the photograph captures the essence of the theme.
   • originality of photograph
3. The judging panel reserves the right not to award the prizes if the images submitted do not meet the requirements stated in this document.
