End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and SG Buses ("SG Buses", "we", "our", or "us").
This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our SG Buses software ("Software") directly from SG Buses or indirectly through an authorized distributor such as the Apple App Store.
Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the Software. It provides a license to use the SG Buses software and contains warranty disclaimers and liability limitations.
By clicking "Accept" or installing and/or using the Software, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
This EULA applies only to the Software supplied by SG Buses, regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The same terms also apply to any updates, supplements, Internet-based services, or support services for the Software unless separate terms are provided.

License Grant
SG Buses grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Software on your devices in accordance with this EULA.
You may install and use the Software on your personal mobile device, tablet, or computer under your control. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum system requirements.
You may not:
- Edit, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to do so.
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or use the Software for any commercial or competitive purpose.
- Allow third parties to use the Software on your behalf.
- Use the Software in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws.
- Use the Software in any manner that SG Buses deems to violate this agreement or applicable law.
- Use the Software to interfere with or disrupt public transport services or infrastructure.

Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including, without limitation, any images, icons, user interface designs, code, and related documentation) remain the exclusive property of SG Buses.
This EULA does not grant you ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights. All copies remain the property of SG Buses.
SG Buses reserves the right to grant licenses to third parties for the same or similar software.

Third-Party Data and Services
The Software uses data provided by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA) through the LTA DataMall API. Your use of such data is subject to LTA's Terms of Use, available at: https://datamall.lta.gov.sg/content/datamall/en/TermsOfUse.html
SG Buses does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of bus arrival information or any other data provided through the Software. Bus arrival times are estimates provided by LTA and may differ from actual arrival times.
You acknowledge that:
- Bus arrival information is provided for reference only.
- SG Buses is not responsible for missed buses, delayed travel, or any decisions made based on information provided by the Software.
- Public transport schedules and routes are subject to change by the respective transport operators.

User Data and Privacy
The Software stores your preferences, bookmarks, and settings locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
Your use of location services is optional and solely for the purpose of displaying nearby bus stops. Location data is not stored or transmitted to any server.

Termination
This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and continues until terminated by either party.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the Software and ceasing all use.
SG Buses may terminate this EULA immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software. Certain clauses (such as those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. SG Buses makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Software or the bus arrival information displayed.
SG Buses does not warrant that:
- The Software will meet your specific requirements.
- The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The bus arrival times or other information will be accurate or reliable.
- Any errors in the Software will be corrected.
Use of the Software and reliance on bus arrival information is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Buses and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, time, or data
- Missed transportation or travel delays
- Any personal injury or property damage
arising from your use of the Software or reliance on information provided by the Software.
In no event shall SG Buses' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software (if any).

Changes to Terms
SG Buses reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review this EULA periodically.

Governing Law
This EULA and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
