The chapter was founded in 2019 by Briana Pinales to advocate for accessible education with a focus on neuroscience. Our student-led chapter has since offered scientific outreach opportunities to enhance the public's interest in Neuroscience. As we go forward, we hope to engage the younger generation of scientists to increase interest in STEM-based careers.
