Before doing an Officer promotion communicate it with other Officers and the Command team.
Follow COC if you need a higher rank to address a situation.
When reprimanding a trooper within the 501st battalion, ALWAYS inform them that they can appeal their punishment to Command, keep in mind that having supporting evidence would be useful to your case.
When reprimanding an Officer, make sure you discuss it with your fellow MAJ+/Command.

You become a member of command when you achieve the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. One of your duties as a member of command is to supervise the regiment's two specialities. Setting an example for the lower-ranking officers is another duty assigned to you.
You can promote up to CPT and blacklist 501st below 1LT.

Being an officer now means that you have to lead the less experienced troopers and set an example, but it doesn't mean you can't have fun. We urge you to ensure that everyone has a good time at the 501st. You also get access to the Discord officer channels.

Now, as a Major, you can deal with reports against other 501st members and promote up to 1Lt.
| Captain |
As a captain, you can now promote people to 2LT and Blacklist 501st below SGM if you have good reason to do so. To prevent mistakes, you should always consult your fellow officers before taking these actions.
| First Lieutenant |
You can now be promoted to SGM and, with good cause, Blacklist 501st below 1SGT, however to prevent mistakes, you should always consult your other officers before taking this action.
| Second Lieutenant |
As a 2nd Lieutenant, you can manage SGT tryouts and provide the necessary certificates to host PT/SIMs and tryouts. Additionally, You can also host tryouts without any supervision.
Now that you have access to the 501st Roster, you can blacklist anyone below SFC if you have a good cause for doing so. To prevent mistakes, you should always consult your other officers first. You can promote up to 1SGT
