Creating Learning That Sticks is a self-directed instructional design sample built to demonstrate my design process from objective to evaluation. It walks through a real redesign example (turning a 60-slide text-heavy safety training into a scenario-based module), includes an interactive knowledge check, and ties the design back to Kirkpatrick-style evaluation. Built to show how I approach adult learning, cognitive load, accessibility, and performance-based outcomes.
