Have an account on our old web order portal, but have not logged onto the new portal? Please continue reading.
EFFECTIVE 04/02/2024 - we no longer accept orders from our previous web order portal. ALL web orders must be placed through the new portal. Please continue for instructions on obtaining access (or you can request access by completing the REQUEST FORM).
To place an order on the NEW Portal, activate your account. You can do this with one of the following options:
If you already have an account with us, an "account activation" email was sent to the email address on file on 03/26/2024. It would have come from info@support.dsdwebordering.com (please check your SPAM folder to confirm it is not there).
If you do not have an email on file or have not received an activation email by the end of the day on 03/26/2024, please complete the request form by clicking HERE.
If you get an "invalid token" error when activating your account, please try opening the web page/portal in Chrome's Incognito mode (or Edge's InPrivate mode).
