Salesforce Data Cloner is a Chrome extension that enables users to clone Salesforce records within the same Salesforce org or between Salesforce orgs that the user is authorized to access.
The extension is designed exclusively for debugging, testing, sandbox replication, and issue reproduction purposes.
Salesforce Data Cloner does not collect any user data.
The extension does not collect, store, retain, transmit, sell, share, analyze, or use Salesforce data for any internal, marketing, analytics, advertising, profiling, or business purposes.
No Salesforce record data is stored by the extension outside of the cloning operation requested by the user.
When a user initiates a cloning operation, the extension reads the selected Salesforce record and creates an equivalent record in:
The same Salesforce org, or
Another Salesforce org selected by the user
The extension performs only the actions required to complete the cloning request initiated by the user.
For cross-org cloning, the extension may use:
Existing Salesforce sessions already authenticated in the user's browser, or
Salesforce credentials, security tokens, or connection details explicitly provided by the user
These credentials are used solely to authenticate the cloning operation requested by the user.
Salesforce Data Cloner does not store, retain, transmit, sell, or share user credentials, security tokens, or session information.
Salesforce Data Cloner does not operate any external service for storing Salesforce data.
No Salesforce records, credentials, session information, or cloned data are stored on servers controlled by the extension developer.
All cloning actions occur directly between Salesforce environments under the user's control and authorization.
Salesforce Data Cloner does not:
Sell data
Share data with third parties
Use data for advertising
Use data for analytics
Transfer data to external services
All cloning actions are initiated and controlled by the user.
The user determines:
Which records are cloned
The destination Salesforce org
Whether existing authenticated sessions or manually supplied credentials are used
