SF Schedule is a student scheduling app designed to help users organize their personal class schedules. We are committed to protecting user privacy and limiting data collection.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information that users choose to enter into the app, including:
Class names
Teacher names
Room numbers
Schedule-related entries
Personal Events
User Activity
We do not collect grades, academic performance data, or official school records.
How Data Is Stored
User data is stored using Firebase, a secure cloud service provided by Google.
This allows users to access their schedule across multiple devices.
Data Access and Use
User data is associated with the user’s account.
Data is used solely to provide app functionality (e.g., saving and syncing schedules).
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Firebase (provided by Google) as a data processor solely to store and sync user data. Google's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy.
All data is encrypted on the user's side.
In the event of a data breach affecting user information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest. While developers maintain technical access for troubleshooting and debugging, we commit to never accessing or decrypting personal schedule data without explicit user consent or legal requirement. All of the stated encryption is only available on versions post 1.14.
User Control
Users control the information they enter into the app.
Users may delete or modify their schedule data at any time within the app.
Permissions
The app may request device permissions (such as notifications or live activities) solely to provide features the user enables. These permissions do not grant access to personal schedule data stored in the app.
Intended Use
SF Schedule is an optional tool for personal organization.
It is not an official school system and is not intended to replace school-managed platforms.
Children’s Privacy
This app is designed for student use who are over 13 years old. We limit data collection and protect user privacy. No data is sold or used for advertising.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised “Effective Date” and communicated within the app where appropriate.
