Participants/Athletes must complete all of the following subheadings in order to be completely registered: Registration Form, Pay Registration Fees, Release of Liability, and Handbook Agreement.

Notice:

In addition to completing forms for their athletes, Parents/Guardians/Visitors are all expected to read and adhere to the Handbook and complete the Handbook Agreement section on behalf of themselves. 

Volunteers/Coaches must complete Release of Liability and Handbook Agreement sections.

Any behavior by coaches, athletes, volunteers or spectators inconsistent with the expectations laid out in the handbook will not be tolerated.
