Welcome to my personal website! I am a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial Engineering at Florida State University. My research centers on developing and applying statistical models, machine learning, optimization, and data analysis techniques to solve complex real-world problems. While I have worked extensively in healthcare systems, transportation safety, and disaster management, I am eager to extend these approaches to a wide range of fields where data-driven decision-making can create value.
Before joining Florida State University, I completed my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering at the University of Tehran and Semnan University, respectively. Throughout my graduate studies and research, I gained strong expertise in optimization, operations research, and mathematical modeling.
I primarily work with R, Python, SQL, GAMS, and ArcGIS Pro, using packages such as tidyverse, ggplot, caret, glmnet, randomForest, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and PySpark for modeling and analysis. In addition, I am proficient with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Gurobi, CPLEX, Minitab, Arena, AWS, Azure, and Git, which I use for data visualization, optimization, cloud deployment, and advanced analytics.
