Learning objective and outcome: Supporting healthy communication practices including expressing emotions and listening to others’ emotions.
Pitch: You are an alien diplomat making your way to an important Intergalactic Conference. You are sharing a small ship with an diplomat from another planet, but you don’t share a common language. Your ship is fueled by emotions. When your ship and alien communication translator both break down, you must work together with your partner to fix your ship by talking about your feelings while navigating communication challenges together!

Learning objective and outcome: Practice communicating and negotiating around specific desires (and desire in general) openly and without shame, and to celebrate expressions of desire.
Pitch: Writers of an audio drama or animated TV show want to fix the existing script for a sex scene between the two main characters. Every writer has three things they want to include in the scene and one thing they are less keen on. Before the crucial episode the writers need to negotiate what the final scene is going to look like.

The developers must negotiate to co-create a theme park that takes their wants and needs into account.

Learning objective and outcome: Players explore different values and perspectives and practice practical decision making skills that are essential for effective communication in real-life situations.
Pitch: An everyday teen is confronted with a difficult decision, presented by a romantic partner acting in a high pressure way. The teen has a moment to reflect on their needs in the relationship, consult with an internal counsel of advisors, before practicing standing up for themselves.
Topic: Teen parenting
Age group: 18+, intended for youth-serving professionals
Duration: 60 minutes
Learning objective and outcome: Empathy for teens who choose to become pregnant. Increase players’ ability to recognize the initial biases and black and white thinking about the youth they serve.
Pitch: A teen chooses to become pregnant, intending to parent. We go back in time to learn about this teen and why they made this choice. Participants will take turns playing the teen, supportive people, and stressful situations in their life.
Topic: Non-sexual physical pleasure

Learning objective and outcome: Practice self-advocacy, awareness of your own experience, and an experimental mindset. Describe the Kinsey Institute’s Dual Control Model of Sexual Response.
Pitch: Humans have signed up to allow alien researchers from the University of Uranus to temporarily inhabit their bodies. The alien researchers will study their subjective responses to different stimuli, including touch. You are playing one of the aliens who has inhabited a human body and is about to conduct their research experiment, with the help of the other alien researchers in the project.

Topic: Asexuality

Duration: 2 hours
Learning objective and outcome: Empathy for experiences of asexual people.
Pitch: This scenario explores asexual experiences through emotional analogies. It focuses on conveying feelings to help participants relate rather than direct logical understanding or detailed characterization. Participants will take turns as the soloist in scenes constructed around a number of emotional analogies while others play the part of a supporting chorus. The scenes will vary, with each connected to common asexual experiences through the use of visual media by asexual creators. By using emotional analogy, participants will not directly play asexual characters.
Topic: STI transmission
Age group: 11-13 or 14-18
Duration: 20 minutes
Learning objective and outcome: Describe the ease with which STIs are transmitted through a population and what being at risk might be like. Identify at least one feeling a person may have if they are at risk for an STI. Identify at least one reason why STIs can be spread quickly and easily through a population. Explain why it is important to practice safer sex.
Pitch: Video game avatars compete in a battle royale via a chaotic scrum of rock paper scissors battles. They record their opponents for use during the debrief about STI transmission. Special attention has been paid to control for the weaknesses of a typical transmission game.
