i learned a good amount of things from unit 0 i will list some of them here

i learned how to properly navigate Brightspace

i learned how  quite a few term such as "LMS" aka a learning management system which is a application used to plan, implement and assess a specific learning process i also learned what a user interface and how it is the bridge of interaction between a human and machine 

i learned about a few terms i had never heard about such as a waffle or a hamburger both of which are icon/buttons on menus that allow you to navigate things easier 

i learned about cc's and bcc's which allows you to send copy's of an email to someone else to keep them in the loop bcc  hides the persons email in case you want to send it without allowing others to know 

i also learned what a information system is and that it is a set of components that work together to collect and distribute information
