How to arrive

Sevilla is easy to reach from the main Spanish cities. There is an international airport (Sevilla-San Pablo Airport), a main train station (Sevilla-Santa Justa) with a fast-track railway connecting Sevilla with Madrid as well as many other important cities in Spain and two intercity bus stations (Plaza de Armas and Prado de San Sebastián).

Airport

Sevilla-San Pablo Airport is about 10 km far from the city center. The most convenient ways to get to Sevilla is either by bus or by taxi.

By bus: One way trip is 4,00 Euros to the City Center (Prado de San Sebastián). (More information here.)

From Prado de San Sebastian to the Residencia Rector Estanislao del Campo you should take bus line 37.

By taxi: You can see the fares here.

Train

Sevilla has good rail links to Barcelona, Cádiz, Córdoba, Jaén, Jerez de la Frontera, Granada, Huelva, Madrid, and Málaga. The fast–track railway line provides a 2h 30min connection to Madrid at least every hour. For more information you can go to the train companies operating the line: Renfe, Iryo and Ouigo.

Sevilla–Santa Justa train station is connected to the city center by local bus lines C1, C2 and 32. 

Intercity buses

There are two bus stations with bus services to most of the main cities in Spain:

    Prado de San Sebastián bus station Tel: 954 417 111.

The cheapest way to get from Madrid to Sevilla is by intercity bus Socibus. Tickets can also be bought at Movelia.

Local buses

You can get a one trip ticket (1,40 Euros) directly from the driver (from the machines in the tramway shelters) but it is cheaper if you buy a rechargeable travel card (they can be bought at most magazine stores you find in sidewalks all around the city); it costs 7,00 Euros (plus 1,50 refundable for the card), both are and allows multiple connections during an hour. There are also tourist travel cards for one day for 5,00 Euros and for three days for 10,00 Euros (plus 1,50 refundable for the card)

Taxi

A usual taxi fare from north to south of the city center is around 8 Euros:

Bicycle

There is a rental bicycle service. The fare for subscription for seven days: 13.33€ + 150€ (refunded unless lost, stolen or heavy damaged bicycle).

The first 30 minutes are free, but if you exceed 30 minutes on the same journey, the following rate will apply: 1.03€ for the first hour and 2.04€ for each following hour.
