Come to the beautiful Sevier Valley in Central Utah on the longest day of the year!
Wind your way out of Marysvale canyon and down Sevier Valley to Richfield.
The route follows the Candy Mountain Express bike path. See the beautiful geologic formations and run along the Sevier River as you make your way to Richfield.
Race Start: 5:30 am (Start of Civil Twilight)
Time limit: The race cutoff is ~6 hours. You need to be on 6 hour pace when you reach the road crossing in Elsinore at approximately 9:15 am to continue to the finish.
*The race course will be certified (Boston Qualifier pending course certifcation).*
Getting to the start:
Busing to the start WILL be provided for the first ~90 entrants. Details of rides to the start will be provided as we get closer to race day. The starting area is completely accesible from HWY 89 without crossing the race route. (You could also even stay the night in a train car right next to the start!).
Aid Stations and Bathrooms:
There will be a total of 9 aid stations along the race course that will have restrooms available.

The route starts at the Candy Mountain Express Trailhead at Big Rock Candy Mountain on Historic Utah Highway 89.
The first 6.5 miles follow the canyon to its mouth at Sevier, UT along the Sevier River along the old railroad route.
The race continues along the bike path through Joseph and Elisinore, UT and ends at the south end of Richfield, UT next to the Cove View Golf Course.
Starting Elevation: 5803 feet
Ending Elevation: 5327 feet
Total Elevation Loss: 1232 feet
Total Elevation Gain: 754 feet
