Thanks to their effectiveness and ability to work deeply on multiple levels, Fascial Integration is increasingly in demand among wellness professionals.

This method is a synthesis of several models, including Postural Integration, Rolfing, Myofascial Meridians, Bioenergetics, Gestalt, and Psychosynthesis. Each of these models contributes a unique element, integrating the understanding of fascia within the context of movement, posture, and psychophysical attitudes. Through the combined use of these techniques, the Fascial Integration Method becomes a complete tool to rebalance key physiological functions and foster profound change.

 What You Will Learn During the Three Weekends

During this course, spread across three weekends of three days each, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and practice the most advanced techniques of Fascial Integration. Each weekend is designed to provide you with specific tools to work on different aspects of the body and character, enhancing your professional toolkit.

We will focus on the most important Myofascial Lines according to Myers: the Anterior Line, Posterior Line, and Deep Line. We will also work on the main character types: cerebral, oral, and dominant, and we will learn numerous techniques for connective tissue manipulation.

Here is the breakdown of the weekends:

First Weekend: Overview of Body Lines and Segments, focusing on the Posterior Line and Cerebral Character:

Friday:

1.   Introduction to connective tissue, contact, and positioning.

2.   Introduction to postural assessment.

3.   Theory and practice of dysfunctions and anatomy of the posterior line, including handson work.

Saturday:

1.   Introduction to characterology and its influence on fascia and connective tissue.

2.   Cerebral character type and character maneuvers.

3.   Energy charge and discharge.

4.   Discussion on pain.

Sunday:

1.   Precautions and considerations in fascial work.

2.   In-depth postural assessment.

3.   Introduction to Gestalt.

4.   Character-based postural analysis.

5.   Completion of theory and practice on the cerebral character and posterior line.

Second Weekend: Focus on the Anterior Line and Oral Character:

Friday:

1.   Theory and practice of dysfunctions and anatomy of the anterior line, including full examination and treatment.

2.   Introduction to the anamnesis file.

Saturday:

1.   Diagnostic and postural examination of the oral character type.

2.   Practical experiential maneuvers for the oral character.

Sunday:

1.   Combined maneuvers on the oral character and anterior line.

2.   Emotional focusing.

3.   Intervention on emotional releases.

Third Weekend: Focus on the Dominant Character Type and Deep Line:

Friday:

1.   Theory and practice of dysfunctions and anatomy of the first part of the deep line.

2.   Practical maneuvers for the first part of the deep line.

3.   Assessment of thoracic imbalances.

Saturday:

1.   Diagnostic and postural examination of the dominant character type.

2.   Practice for the first part of the dominant character.

Sunday:

1.   Introduction to treatment planning.

2.   Insights from international research on oscillatory maneuvers—this deep dive will introduce new oscillatory techniques and the transmission of force along fascial chains to promote expressive and emotional release.

3.   Final considerations and assessment of treatment pathways for clients.

Materials: Each participant will receive a PDF summary of maneuvers, lines, and character types for each training weekend.
