Account Deletion & Data Privacy
At Seven Dragons Studio, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. This page provides information on how to delete your account and associated data for Blockoland and our other connected applications.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data through either of the following methods:
In-App Deletion (Recommended): Log into the app, go to your Player Profile, and select "DELETE ACCOUNT" in the Danger Zone section. This will immediately and permanently purge your records from our servers.
Web Request: If you have already uninstalled the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at [Your Support Email Address]. Please include your registered email address or your unique Account ID (if known).
2. What Data is Deleted?
When you choose to delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our Firebase servers:
Authentication Data: Your email, password hash, and login credentials.
Profile Information: Your username and display preferences.
Game Statistics: Your high scores, total games played, and cumulative points.
Leaderboard Entries: Your name and scores will be removed from all Daily, Weekly, and Global leaderboards.
3. Data Retention
Immediate Deletion: Most data (Profile, Stats, Auth) is deleted instantly upon your request.
Backup Latency: Residual data may remain in our encrypted server backups for up to 30 days before being completely overwritten.
Legal/Financial: If you have made in-app purchases, we are required by law to retain basic transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. These records are not used for marketing or tracking.
4. Important Note
Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, your scores, achievements, and ranking history cannot be recovered, even if you create a new account with the same email address.
