1.1. Legal & Verified Work Only: SevaKart deals only in legal, verified, and government-approved services. Any request involving fake documentation or illegal shortcuts will be rejected immediately.
1.2. Required Documents: Customers must provide valid and original documents for any government-related service. Incomplete or incorrect documents will delay the process.
1.3. Timelines: The delivery of services depends on the respective government department’s processing time. SevaKart is not liable for any government-side delay.
1.4. Service Area & Charges: Doorstep services are currently available within specified zones. Delivery charges are based on per km distance and will be informed beforehand.
1.5. Communication: All service-related communication must be done through official WhatsApp, phone call, or email. Verbal commitments outside official channels are not considered valid.
1.6. Right to Refuse Service: SevaKart reserves the right to refuse service if the request is inappropriate, illegal, or not under SevaKart’s scope.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
2.1. Cancellation Before Processing: If a customer cancels the service before processing starts, a full refund (excluding delivery charge if already incurred) will be given within 3-5 business days.
2.2. Cancellation After Processing Starts: If the process has started and documents are submitted to authorities, no refund shall be processed.
2.3. Service Failure from SevaKart’s Side: In rare cases where SevaKart is unable to deliver service due to internal reasons, a full refund will be provided.
2.4. No Refund for Government Rejection: SevaKart is not responsible for application rejection by government authorities due to invalid documents, past record issues, or other personal factors.

3. Referral Program:
3.1. Refer & Earn: Share your referral code with friends and family. When they complete their first paid service, you both get assured cashback or discount on your next service.
3.2. Referral Code Use: Referral code must be applied at the time of first booking. No cashback will be entertained later.
3.3. Cashback Delivery: Cashback will be provided in the form of discount coupons, UPI transfer, or service credits within 5–7 days.
3.4. Fraud Monitoring: If any misuse or fake referrals are detected, the user will be banned from the referral program.
