Spine Earrings

The Spine Ring draws inspiration from the structure and rhythm of the human spine.
Just as the spine supports the body through balance and tension, this work explores how structure can hold both order and irregularity.
While reflecting on earlier works, fragments and incomplete forms came to mind, and their imperfect sense of balance became the starting point for this piece.
Within the silver structure lies a single gold-plated piece, a quiet element of disorder that disrupts uniformity yet completes the composition.
The ring visualises how balance is achieved through subtle dissonance, suggesting that the essence of form often emerges from the coexistence of order and imperfection.
