Managerial Finance (Postgraduate, March 2022- )

This unit gives students an essential grounding in applied finance, addressing fundamental issues of how we can use finance in a commercial sense and how this impacts critical organisational and managerial decisions in an increasingly complex and demanding financial environment.

Advanced Capital Budgeting (Postgraduate, March 2020 - )

This is an advanced level corporate finance course that focuses on capital budgeting. As capital budgeting concerns the firm's long-lived assets, decisions made in this area are likely to impact upon the firm well into the future and have much to do with its long-term performance. This unit builds on the foundational finance knowledge, extending it to the context of making capital budgeting decisions.

Applied Corporate Finance (Undergraduate, August 2016 - May 2019)

This is an advanced level corporate finance course that focuses on practical applications relating to the theory of financial decision making. Case studies, empirical evidence and current issues in the financial media are used to illustrate key decisions made by managers of the firm.

Business Finance (Undergraduate, March 2016 - May 2019)

This is a first level corporate finance course that looks at the essential aspects of financial decision-making.
