This App does not collect any personal information.
This App has the following characteristics:
No account registration required
No user data is transmitted to servers
No advertisements are displayed
No analytics tools are used
All data, including your workout profiles, training histories, and app settings, is stored only locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to us or any external servers.
This App integrates with Apple's HealthKit to save your workout data to the Health app, provided you grant permission.
We only write data to the Health app; we do not read your personal health data.
The health data is processed and stored entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share your health data with any third parties.
We do not use HealthKit data for marketing, advertising, or any similar use cases.
This App uses local notifications, Live Activities, and background audio strictly to provide timer functionality while the App is running or in the background. No data related to these features is transmitted externally.
Since this App does not collect any personal information, it is safe for children to use.

ワークアウトのプロファイル、トレーニング履歴、アプリの設定など、すべてのデータはお客様のデバイス内にのみローカル保存されます。これらのデータが開発者や外部のサーバーへ送信されることは決してありません。
当アプリは、お客様の許可がある場合、AppleのHealthKitプラットフォームと連携し、ワークアウトの記録を「ヘルスケア」アプリに保存します。
当アプリは「ヘルスケア」アプリへのデータの書き込みのみを行い、お客様のヘルスケアデータを読み取ることはありません。
これらのデータはお客様のデバイス内でのみ処理・保存されます。開発者がこれらのデータを収集、送信、または第三者と共有することは一切ありません。
ヘルスケアデータをマーケティングや広告等、健康管理以外の目的で使用することはありません。
当アプリでは、タイマー機能を提供するためにローカル通知、Live Activity、およびバックグラウンドオーディオを使用します。これらに関連するデータが外部へ送信されることは決してありません。
当アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、お子様でも安心してご利用いただけます。
