Setupofflines.com offers no question asked policy for refunds and cancellation of subscription. To expedite the return process, please have your order confirmation email with you.

Subscription:- We will refund your Subscription charges in prorated at any time if you are dissatisfied and want to cancel the subscription.

“The failure to fix even one issue would lead to a complete refund of the amount. In case even if one issue is fixed, the client is not entitled to full refund. Setupofflines reserves the right to either deduct a minimum of $99.99 or 25% of the total amount charged whichever is higher. In short, for X number of cases resolved a charge would be made and rest of the amount would be refunded.”

How will I be refunded for my purchase?:-

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase.However, when the item/service was paid for by check/cash , the refund will be in the form of a check mailed within 10 business days of the return/cancellation of service. Any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited to the gift card used.When the item/service was paid for by credit/debit card, refunds will be credited to the original credit card or payment method electronically within 4-5 business days.
