The App stores your workout data (exercises, sessions, sets, and rep counts) **locally on your device only**. This data is never uploaded to any server or shared with anyone.
### Data Collected Automatically
The App uses **Google AdMob** to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the following information automatically:
- Device identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID)
- IP address
- Device type and operating system version
- General location (country/region)
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy. We do not have access to this data.
